Final set of pics from the big island

Ok, so here is the last of the Hawaii pics.

As you can see in this picture I am just exhausted from sitting on the beach, eating and drinking all day. This was a really cool bar in the sand!

All of us went out to the fancy restaurant Tommy Bahamas for dinner. It was SOO good. The food in Hawaii is amazing.A couple other sunset shots. The whole purpose of the trip was to celebrate my friend Cody's birthday. So we went out to dinner and to her favorite bar in Kona to have a few drinks. It was so funny because without knowing it Kelly and Cody dressed alike. Pretty funny.
LuLu's was an awesome bar! Definitely the type of bar Mike and I love! Laid back and a great band. Also, I got to try some Kona beer and it was great.

So at LuLu's you can write something on a dollar bill and staple it somewhere in the bar. This is what Cody wrote. We got Cody some earings for her birthday and a really cool crossword puzzle book (she is a crossword puzzle junkie). The earings are made out of the stone Ellensburg blue, it is a really pretty agate only found in the Ellensburg area. (yeah, that's right, the 'Burg has its own fancy stones!)
I thought this would be a perfect picture to end the Hawaii picture trilogy...me holding a drink in a coconut. :) I think my face is as pink as my shirt...HA!
