A star is born....again

So some of you may remember last fall our office did a spoof movie to get students to fill out their course evaluations, called SEOIs. It was a parody of a movie trailer of an action film, you know, good vs evil. Well, there were "bad professors" listed in the movie and administration made us pull the entire campaign, which really sucked! We were all bummed! But the client came to us this quarter and really wanted to revive it, but if we could change "bad professors" to something else - because, you know, there aren't "bad" professors at CWU. :) So we came up with SEOI haterz and redid parts of the movie and launched the campaign again.

So naturally, Pickle was chosen to be on all the printed marketing materials..lol. Here are the posters that went out all around campus and in the Residence Halls.
Yes, that is a huge sign hanging from the 2nd floor of the Student Union building.
Of course smaller ones were needed on the first floor.
And we can't forget about the sandwich boards outside each entrance.
The campaign was super fun and we got a ton of great feedback over it. Tom, our client, was really pleased with it and here is an email that the Provost sent him. She is basically one step below the president of the university.

It is funny what the students in this office come up with for campaigns. What does a corgi have to do with students filling out evaluations for their instructors and classes? NOTHING! But it is fun and the campaign gets the students' attention, which is the goal. Here is a fun little blooper reel to end on. I sure hope there is a sequel. :)
