Pumpkin Carving Time

Yes, I realize I am a little behind on posting! Now that I don't have to be online in the evenings because of school (I took this quarter off for those that don't know), I rarely even turn on the computer at night. It has actually been really nice, but it puts me behind on the blog!

 

A couple of weeks ago we carved our big orange pumpkin. (Before pic!)

Mike is such a good dad! He had heard if you cut the whole on the bottom it works better, jury is still out on that...

Hunter really wanted to help out with the knife, so he was on pins and needles to help out when he could!

He is so funny

So when he finally realized what was inside he said "EWWW" and "GWOSS"

Not sure which one he is saying here, but isn't his face priceless! LOL

So Hunter did one scoopful.....

...and got bored. HA! So he cruised around on his scooter the whole time Mike carved the pumpkin.

Hunter *ahem, I mean Mike, did a great job! We took Hunter out at "gark" to show him what it look like with the candle in it and it scared him and he didn't like it. So that's a success, right?
