This year's entertainment headliner was Wayne Brady. He is a pretty popular comedian and is on that improv show "Who's Line is it Anyway." His show was great and he was super funny!
Standing out front with a couple of my students. Aren't they adorable? We had some media at the event, so it was nice to have their help.
Here are a couple pictures from his show.
He pulled some audience members on stage to help with the skits, super funny.
He is actually a pretty good singer, he did some musical-parodies.
I got to go backstage and meet him afterwards. Please disregard how HORRIBLE I look in this photo. Someone was messing with the lights so the only ones that were on were overhead and I look like a ghoul - maybe I don't need to search for my Halloween costume! Yikes! Oh well.
It was a sold out show, about 900 seats, so that was great. I am glad to have Homecoming done for the year, but with all the craziness it is always a fun week. I mean, how many people can say, "Hey, I met Wayne Brady" this week?
