Trip to Hermiston

Last weekend Hunter, Mike and I went to Hermiston for the day. My Mom and Aunt Cammy were coming over from Portland so we could all meet up to visit my Great Aunt Alice. It was the first time she had met Hunter, and of course she just instantly loved him to pieces! I have sent her photos, but as you all know, seeing him in real life is the best!! :)

 Playing outside, it was such a beautiful day! Everyone just loved watching Hunter be a big ol' ham, and he was having fun too!

We all went out to lunch. There is this great veggie/fruit stand in Hermiston and they recently added a Bistro off the side. It was DELISH! And the outside seating was great!

Does this look like a child that just ate a slice of lemon? NOOO! He kept asking to try to some of my lemon I got with my water. So we were all waiting to see "the face" and he just ate it - no big deal!! He didn't pucker his lips at all! Kept asking for more! No flinch, nothing. Never seen a kid (or adult for that matter) react that way to a sour lemon. Weirdo!

 The ol' switch-a-roo! Hunter usually grabs Mike's hats at home and tries to put them on...lol...it is so funny!

We had a really nice visit with everyone. It was a great day. It only takes a little over 2 hours to get there, so Hunter slept most of the way down and back - which was great!!
