Happy 4th of July!

It is so fun celebrating all these holidays now with Hunter here! And thanks to Grandma Toni, he was so stylish for the 4th!

Here he is, ready for school, on July 3. Everyone at school commented on how cute and festive he was! I never had a doubt!

Ready to par-tay on the 4th! Shades and all! Isn't his onesie cute! My First 4th! We got up to go out to breakfast, but we always forget this is small-town-USA so nothing was open and we settled for a snack at a local coffee shop. 

We just got a Grocery Outlet in town and I love it! So many good prices...oh, and up front parking for families! Heck yeah!! All those college kids get to walk! Anyway, we picked up all the fixin's for hamburgers, potato salad and sliced watermelon! Mmmm! Oh, and cherry cobbler too....DELISH!

So festive! 

Once again, Mike said the only way he would let me take a picture of him is if I promised not to post it to "the stupid blog".....um, C'MON! Look how cute this is! Like I am not going to post it! Oh, and it is the screen saver on my work computer too! Let's keep this between us, eh? :) 

We had a great day. Lots of yummy BBQ and spent the afternoon outside soaking up some sun (shade for Hunter)! It is really getting hot here, so it was nice to have a somewhat mild day. We didn't stay up and watch fireworks, partly because we are old, but also because Lacey and Pickle freak out! Kind of sad we have to comfort the dogs more than the 6-month old....
