Showers are overrated anyway

So this last 10 days have been stinky...lol...to say the least! Yup, our sewer line has broken. Awesome! So that means we have been extremely limited on the amount of water we can use. No running the dishwasher or washing machine. We are limiting the amount of showers we take too. Ugh....definitely not an ideal situation when you have a newborn in the house.

Thankfully two of our neighbors run into the same sewer line, so to fix it we are splitting it three ways. Which is nice! But that also means we are taking turns doing dishes and the one load of laundry I am limited to. I get to run these wonderful appliances that I miss so much every three days or so. Oh yeah, and with it being unseasonably warm the yard is a mud pit. Therefore the dogs are a mudpit! I am not giving up my priceless shower for the dogs...sorry Lacey and Pickle. So they aren't going to be winning any beauty pagents in the near future.

Anyhoo, the Roto Rooter guys are out there right now. All this will hopefully be ending really soon! It took forever for the guys to find the problem and for the utility, cable and phone workers to come out and mark the lines.

So for all of you out there reading this post, please run your dishwasher, take a nice long shower or heck, get crazy and do a load of laundry and think of me!
