Summer-time Fun

This past weekend was gorgeous in Ellenburg, so we sat outside and let the dogs play. Here are some fun shots.

Oh how Lacey loves the sprinkler.

My vegetable garden. L-R: 2 zucchini plants, with zucchinis already coming in! In the back are green/red bell peppers, front are a ton of onions. Then we planted spinach and lettuce, but the silly quail keep eating the seeds! Chives done in front, on the right.

2 squash plants on the left (can't see because of the shade from my wind barrier Mike made. He is so handy!) Then there is garlic, rosemary, peas in the back (that will eventually go up that ladder), jalapeno plant, thai pepper plant (we like spicy stuff!) and then, of course, a couple tomatoes.
Hopefully this year we have a ton of fresh veggies all summer! Nothing better than picking dinner straight out of the garden.
