Weekend trip to the Grove's house

Last weekend Mike and I went over to visit Jake, Elizabeth and Lauren in Shelton (near Olympia). We took Chinook Pass over, which was great because it is closed during the winter. It was also a beautiful drive!

We finally made it to their new home. It is absolutely beautiful. It just occurred to me that I didn't take any pictures of it....dang it! Anyhoo, they are only a few miles away from the Sound (below).

Lauren is so cute! I got her this skirt and shirt. She also got some bracelets, but unfortunately she liked to stretch them out really far and bite them...lol...so they got put away.

It is so hard being so cute! Sleeping in the car....

The boys took the boat out to do some fishing and crabbing. We came home with some crab and it was SOOOO good! We all sat outside cooking the crab and soaking in some sun!

We had a wonderful time at their house. It was great visiting them and checking out their new town. Can't wait to come back!! Thanks Grove's Family!!!

On the way home we stopped by my brother's house. Elizabeth sent me home with a tutu for Sophia. Elizabeth is so talented, she made it!!! She has quite a few of them and they are absolutely adorable. Sophia loved it!!

Not sure why, but she had a great time running around me in circles. :)

It was such a great surprise that my Aunt Cammy and Uncle Bob were in town too!!! They stopped by not too long after we showed up. It was great seeing them! And we finally got to meet Lacey and Pickle's new cousin Smokey. He is so stinking cute!!

We had a WONDERFUL weekend visiting family and friends! Thank you everyone!!!
