Well it has been a busy first 2 weeks for us!! Hunter is doing great, just not a huge sleeper at night. So that is making the nights VERY long. I average about 2-3 hours of sleep a night and try to nap during the day as much as possible. The pediatrician says to nap when he does, which is hard, but Mike and I are doing the best we can. So this makes our nights and days a blur. I have no idea what is going on in the world or what day it is...lol. But hey, such is life with a newborn. He is also taking quite a bit of time to put on weight. Nobody is worried, but they are keeping an eye on him. Who would have thought a child of mine would have trouble sleeping and putting on weight!?!? Other than that, we are all doing great.
We had quite a few visitors the last couple of weeks. First was my mom and Aunt Cammy and Uncle Bob. Like I mentioned in my last blog post, it was so great having them here. Mom did a ton of cooking, which she is great at!! I have a freezer full of lasagna and chili! My aunt and uncle were super helpful and ran all sorts of errands for us. Plus, it is always great when these three come to visit!
This was day 2 at home I believe...do I look slightly run down??? LOL
With Grandma!
It is tough being big sisters!
My lil' burrito!
Aunt Cammy and Uncle Bob
Our first walk! It was funny, took us about 30 minutes to get ready for a 10 minute walk..lol. It was too cold to be out much longer!
My dad came to visit last weekend! It was a quick trip but Hunter was super excited to meet his Grandpa!
Mike took this pic right after we had a professional photographer come to the house last week. We should be getting the pics in the next week or two...so stay tuned!! I got a sneak peak and they are going to be great!!
