Mike's mom visits Ellensburg

This weekend we had a special guest, Mike's mom. It was great having her up. It is such a long trip so it was nice she could stay a few days. I didn't get any pictures, my camera was dead...dang it!

On Friday I had a few Dr.'s appointments and everything went well. I can't believe I only have 3 weeks left and I will begin my 3rd trimester! But baby and I are healthy as can be! That afternoon Toni got into town. We just hung out and watched the Boise State game that evening...and yes, BSU won! :)

Saturday it was a gorgeous fall day so we decided to take a drive. We hit up a really great fruit stand just north of town. I am still thinking I need to do some more canning so it was nice to see what is available. We then went up to Blewett Pass so Mike could scout out some areas to cut firewood. It was beautiful in the hills!! The leaves are turning and it was so nice and crisp! Mike is spending most of this week stocking up on firewood, which I can't wait to get that wood stove going!

Sunday we were all just kind of lazy bums, hanging out around the house. This week is Homecoming so work has been super busy, so I wasn't complaining to have a day to just relax and visit!

Anyway, we had a great time catching up with Toni. Next time she comes she will be able to see her grandson for the very first time! Can't wait!
