Spare bedrooms remodeling update

So our current house project is updating the spare bedrooms. We yanked out all the wood paneling and carpet. Then we hauled in what felt like a million huge sheets of drywall! Mike has been very busy putting them up, mudding, sanding and texturizing. It has made a world of difference! Both rooms are soo much brighter!

Picking out colors to paint both rooms has turned out to be quite the project! I am thinking the "man room" will be a sage green, even though there are a ton of those to choose from! And I really like these "harvest" and "straw bale" colors for the other room. We are also going to pick out carpet this week too and I think a light cream will look nice.

For now everything from both those rooms is in our dining room...lol. So we won't be hosting any dinner parties for a while! We still need to pick out light fixtures, new doors and do some trim. Mike is so great and has been working so hard!
