Cousins Weekend

This past weekend Steve, Cara and the kids came over. So did my Dad! We had a great visit!

Sophie and Ken went with me to Hunter's school to pick him up. Lol...this picture cracks me up!

Steven brought over a rocking chair that has been in our family for decades. I even used it as a kid. So cute to see Hunter in it!

Saturday morning breakfast. Grandpa made pancakes!

After breakfast we went to the Farmer's market. It was a gorgeous day. The kids had a ton of fun getting their faces painted. Hunter was a puppy!

Hunter wasn't overly impressed...lol. His face says, "Eh, it's just ok lady."

It took about 5 minutes before he was rubbing it all over his face.

Shortly after that picture Kenny's balloon popped. LOL. So naturally we treated the kids to a cookie. Mix a hot day with face paint and a chocolate chip cookie and what do you have? FUN MESS FOR MOM!

We had to quickly hit the lemonade stand to hydrate.

Hunter drank all of mine...He LOVES lemons.

Later that day we went to the City Pool and had a great time! All of the cousins following Uncle Steven!

The kids had such a fun day. That evening we just chilled around the house. There was a crazy lightening and thunder storm. The kids slept right through it - except Pickle and Lacey. Pickle thought we were being attacked and was freaking out, which makes Lacey on alert. LOL. If it isn't one kid, it's the fur-kids!

The next morning we were lazy in PJs. Hunter was trying to kick his cousins off the couch!

We had a wonderful time! It was great having my family in town! Thanks Johnson-clan for coming!!
