Santa, Snow and Parties, Oh My!

Sorry it has taken so long since my last post. Just when you think you are done Christmas shopping there is ALWAYS something you forgot, right?!! Anyhoo, I am super excited because I have the next week and a half off work. I am looking forward to hanging out my boys and just relaxing!

Last weekend Steven, Cara and the kids came over and met us in Cle Elum to say hi to Santa. It ended up snowing a lot and the road were horrible! So they stayed the weekend.

Johnson! And yes, that says' Mikes Tavern. I couldn't get Mike to stand in front of it though for a picture. Bah humbug!
Hunter's first time meeting Santa. He was OK with it at first.
 But that quickly changed....lol.

He was visiting the Cle Elum Bakery, which was super cute and full of all sorts of yummy things!
Kenny and Sophia were a little hesitant...

But they eventually came around! And yes, Santa gave out cookies. I got one too!!
 Happy times!

The kids were so excited to play in the snow!
 A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E!

Steve wearing the Elf ears, he is suppose to be a mean elf, but he just looks confused.
 Mean Elf and Reindeer!
That afternoon we had a very special birthday party to go to. Hunter's girlfriend from school, Ally, was turning 1. It was so much fun and Cara, Sophie and Ken came along too!
They had a great time checking out her horses!
Back at home we had a little party of our own, to celebrate Sophies birthday, which was just a few days earlier!

The next morning we all got up and had an early Christmas! This was the best we could do getting all the kids to sit in front of the tree....lol.

The kids gave Hunter some blocks, which he loves!

Uncle Mike even got in on the playing!! And yes, that is me on the couch hiding behind a pillow. Not super cute in the morning!!
Even though the Johnson clan unexpectedly got stuck in Ellensburg, it ended up being a great weekend!!

We are headed to church this afternoon and then can't wait for Santa to come tonight! We hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year!
