My First Mother's Day

I couldn't have asked for a better Mother's Day! I was able to sleep in a little...which would have been present enough! But no, Hunter went all out! I got a super cute beach bag, and inside was a beach hat, tanning lotion, chocolate, flip flops and a gift card for the Kindle! It was perfect! And yes, that afternoon it was gorgeous out and I sat outside for almost 2 hours reading and soaking up the sun!!!

Afterwards we went for a drive, checked out the veggie starts at BiMart and rented a sappy movie, "The Vow:" It was really good, and yes, I got teary eyed! 

How cute is this?!?! Hunter made it for me at school. Little flowers on my pens and they are all in a pot with coffee beans. Awe, my first homemade mommy gift!!

Ok, Hunter wore this outfit (courtesy of Grandma Chris) today and I had to include it in my post. He was so stinkin' cute and ready for the summer weather! When I picked him up from school everyone was commenting on how cute he was today!

This is so funny, when Hunter isn't playing on his floor gym Lacey and Pickle keep it warm (and covered in dog hair!)!

BACK TO MOTHER'S DAY:

Anyway, I had a great Mother's Day. Mike topped it all off by bbq'ing me shish-kabobs and making apple crisp for dinner and dessert! Love my boys!! Hope all of you Mom's out there had a great day too!!
