Weekend in Lewiston

Last weekend Mike and I went to go visit my dad in Lewiston, ID. We left Friday after work and it was a really nice drive. We saw tons of deer, turkeys and pheasants, which was pretty cool. Plus, it is nothing but rolling hills of wheat and it smells so good this time of year! Reminds me of growing up in Genesee.

We had a pretty relaxing weekend. My Grandma came over for an excellent dinner my dad prepared. I was in the mood for a good steak, and that is what I got! He BBQ'd them as Mike and I sat outside and visited with Grandma. We also had baked potatoes and corn on the cob! Great summer evening!

I wasn't really feeling great, so I didn't take any pictures. Sad, I know. But we had a great weekend visiting with everybody. Thanks Dad and Laura for a great weekend!
