I took a long weekend last weekend to go visit my Dad in Lewiston, Idaho. I wasn't even out of town before I had an "issue."
See anything wrong with this picture? Yes, that is a sheep in the middle of the road! Another reason why I LOVE Ellensburg!! When do you see this?!?! Ok, I did what anybody would do in this situation after realizing the sheep wouldn't move, I honked my horn. WRONG!!!

This is the sheep charging my car!! He stopped just a foot or two in front of my hood, I guess it figured I would win that fight. But for those that ever find themselves in this type of situation, don't honk! They don't like it.

Ok, back on the raod. Whew! I was able to spend 4 days there, and it was great visiting with everyone. My Aunt Patti came up from Corvallis, we were so happy she was there! The big excitement for the weekend was the U of I vs. BSU football game. We had our own little tailgate party.
Dad making meatballs. Check out the tattoos on the cheek. So cute, thanks Aunt Patti!

Patti making 7-layer dip and wearing her BSU t-shirt!

Laura was even sporting a tattoo!

Go Broncos!

Dad and I were excited, the Broncos beat the Vandals 52-14.

Brother and sister, awe.

We all had so much fun together!

Ok, this was funny. I was trying to reach out to take a pic of all 3 of us. You know, Thelma and Louise style. Well, it didn't work..lol.
Take 1 - hardly any Patti

Take 2 - No Mindy :(

Take 3 - We were all laughing so hard at this point I could barely hold the camera. But we got the lower part of Dad's face, the upper part of Patti's, and all of mine, so we figured that was good enough! LOL.

One day we took a trip to my hometown, Genesee. It was so much fun! We had Grandma along for the ride. We stopped in to the bar where we ran into a few family friends and people we haven't seen in a long time. We managed to stay for a couple of drinks, laughing and having a great time!!!

I also was able to connect with some highschool girlfriends. Had a wonderful dinner and went out for drinks afterwards. Had so much fun!
Was a great weekend, thanks everyone for the wonderful memories!
