Happy Birthday Mike!

Last weekend was Mike's birthday and we had a great day! We got up early, went out to breakfast and then hit the road. We took HWY 12, near Mt. Rainier, to Lacey, WA to go to Cabela's. Why else would anybody go to Lacey?? We spent the afternoon there and Mike got a new muzzle-loader gun, wool sweater and socks...all sorts of stuff! He had a great time.

Then we went up to Puyallup and met up with Steve, Cara and Sophie. We went to the Rogue Brewery in Issaquah and it was great!! We had the best Kobe-beef burgers, they were AMAZING!! We will definitely be back! Good food, good beer and good company.

The drive was beautiful. All the fall colors were great.

It was a long day, but super fun. Mike got all sorts of great stuff and I think he had a pretty good time too.
